Sias founder appointed as Special Envoy of Zhengzhou Talent
Friday, November 24 – The Zhengzhou Municipal Party Committee, of the Communist Party of China (CPC), organized the "Zhi Hui Zhengzhou" Talent Policy Conference at the Xuanyuan Hall of Zhengzhou City's International Exhibition Center, on the 23rd of November. The Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen, was invited to the Conference, and was appointed as a 'Special Envoy of Zhengzhou Talent'.
At the Conference, the Zhengzhou Municipal Party Committee implemented a number of major recruitment policies to attract talent and investment in the Greater Zhengzhou area, including special incentives for top talent, rent free housing, and a variety of special awards. They also implemented new policies to support university graduates so as to deepen the talent pool for the growth of the Zhengzhou metropolis as a center for employment opportunities.
The Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen, spoke of the development, growth, and influence of Sias International University over the past 20 years, and said that its success was indelibly linked with the culture and environment of the Zhengzhou metropolitan region. He said that Zhenghzou had unique resources when compared to other cities in China, and added that the success of Sias International University would give Zhengzhou entrepreneurs a reference point. He invited aspiring entrepreneurs to visit Sias and learn from its example. He said that he was looking forward to the continued growth and success of Zhengzhou.
In accordance with the views of the CPC Central Committee and the Henan Provincial Party Committee with regard to the reform of institutional mechanisms for the nurturing of talent, the implementation of the "1+N" policy for the reform of enterprises was being adopted through the "Zhi Hui Zhengzhou" talent project. Efforts were to be made to increase the talent gathering and the talent pool, thereby spurring growth in the inland areas and the creative and entrepreneurial centers of Zhengzhou.
