Professor and tutor for Master's degree candidates, Li Haijun, a native of Wuwei, Gansu province, was born in November 1952 and graduated from the Foreign Language department of Lanzhou University in September 1976 with a major in English Literature and Languages.

From September, 1976 to June 1994, he worked as a teacher at Tibet Normal University and Tibet University and served as the Deputy Dean of the Literature and Languages Department at Tibet University.

From June, 1994 to December, 1999, he worked as a teacher at Zhengzhou University. During this period, he served successively as the President of the Labor Union and the Deputy Dean of the Foreign Languages Department of Zhengzhou University. From December, 1999, he served as the Office Director of Foreign Affairs and the Cooperation Department. Today he is the President of SIAS Internation University.
