During the Job Fair, Sias leaders met with recruiters and students to gauge their expectations, intentions, and doubts. They encouraged students to have a rational and realistic view of their career choices, make long-term plans, and communicate clearly with potential employers to understand the demands and requirements of jobs.

At the venue, recruiters and potential employers said that they hoped to deepen cooperation and contact with Sias to carry out university-enterprise cooperation, establish bases for internship and employment, and participate in club activities.
