Sias University Vice President, Zhao Yuxin, visited Southwest Jiaotong University in Chengdu, Sichuan, on December 5. He was accompanied by the heads of Sias' Human Resources Department, School of Business, and School of Journalism and Communication. The visit was to carry out research activities, exchanges, and learn about the construction of a smart campus, integration of industry and education, teaching research and reform, and the faculty development center.

At the meeting, the Vice President of Southwest Jiaotong University, Feng Xiaoyun, spoke about the university's history, development, the evolution of its educational administration system, operations, and work. Zhao Yuxin spoke about Sias University's educational philosophy, development, and achievements in detail. The leadership of Southwest Jiaotong University expressed their interest and appreciation of the Sias campus after viewing the official Sias promotional video.

The delegation from Sias also learned more about the innovation and concepts of Southwest Jiaotong University, as well as their teaching, which integrated industry and education, and their achievements in research and education reform. Both sides spoke of their desire for increased cooperation with regard to the difficulties faced by private colleges and universities with regard to the integration of industry and education, as well as their ability for social service.
