On December 2, Sias International University held its Winter Job Fair in the Basketball Arena. The Job Fair was set up to help the graduating class of 2018 alleviate the pressure for employment and guide them in choosing the right jobs.

After a rigorous screening process, Sias invited 352 recruiters from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and 11 other provinces. Among them were recruiters from GREE Electric Appliances, Beijing Sino-Agri Sinda Information Technology, Shanghai Zhongjian Architectural Design Institute, Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus Co., Synear Food Holdings, Lian Jia Real Estate, New Oriental Education & Technology Group, Fengshen Tires, Funtalk China Holdings, and Bright Dairy & Food. There were 62 listed companies, 78 state-owned enterprises, and 84 companies from outside Henan. In total there were 5,880 jobs on offer and 747 students who were hired at the 2017 Winter Job Fair.

Sias International University attaches great importance to the employment of graduates. Students are provided with a wide range of services for both employment and entrepreneurship while ensuring that their education enables them to remain competitive. Since September 2017, Sias has held Job Fairs as well as provided recruitment opportunities online through video recruitment. In the past few months, 65 special recruitment activities were held, providing a total of over 13,860 jobs.
