On the morning of June 5, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between Sias and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) at the 7th Floor Conference Room of the Administration Building. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Pavel Castka, Associate Dean for Business Partnerships at XJTLU International Business School Suzhou (IBSS); Prof. Lucy Lu, Provost and Vice President of Sias University; and relevant department heads from both institutions.

Prior to the ceremony, Prof. Lu extended a warm welcome to Dr. Pavel Castka and his d elegation, elaborating on Sias's educational characteristics and achievements. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including digital education, international development, executive training, and educational sustainability. Dr. Castka expressed strong recognition of the cooperation potential between the two institutions, noting broad prospects for collaboration across multiple fields.

Under the joint witness of all attendees, Prof. Lu and Dr. Castka signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective universities and exchanged gifts. The agreement outlines future priorities such as teacher resource sharing and joint development of training programs.

Following the ceremony, a cordial meeting was held between Dr. Shawn Chen, Founder and Chairman of Sias University, and Dr. Pavel Castka.

This signing marks a new milestone in higher education collaboration between the two universities, promising to establish a broader platform for mutual advancement in talent cultivation, academic exchange, and beyond.
