On April 14, Huang Teng, Chairman and President of Sias’an International University, led a delegation to visit the School of Digital Technology Industry at the University to conduct research and exchange on industry–education integration and innovative models of university–enterprise collaborative talent cultivation. Lin Tao, Senior Vice President of iSoftStone and President of iSoftStone Education, and Zhao Yuxin, Vice President of the University, attended the symposium. Representatives from iSoftStone Education and the School of Digital Technology Industry also participated in the meeting.

During the visit, the delegation toured facilities including the Intelligent IoT Innovation Center, the Naked-Eye 3D Studio, the training center, and the DreamWorks university–enterprise project exhibition area. At the training site, Huang Teng gained a detailed understanding of real industry-based projects such as naked-eye 3D training and paperless office systems, as well as student participation. He highly commended the School’s approach of integrating real industry projects into teaching to enhance students’ practical abilities.

At the symposium, Zhao Yuxin introduced the University’s experience in co-establishing the industry school with iSoftStone. He noted that the School operates under a board-led, dean-responsibility system and adopts a mixed-ownership model, with enterprises participating throughout the entire talent cultivation process to align precisely with industry needs. In the era of artificial intelligence, he emphasized the need to restructure talent development systems by strengthening mathematical foundations, interdisciplinary knowledge, AI application skills, and project-based learning capabilities.
Lin Tao stated that iSoftStone Education has established 25 industry schools nationwide, with the University’s School of Digital Technology Industry serving as a model base. The School continues to build a reserve pool of digital talent, achieving a win-win outcome for the university, enterprise, and students.
Huang Teng remarked that the visit had been highly productive. He noted that the industry–education integration model jointly developed by Zhengzhou Sias University and iSoftStone is well-structured and effective, and that his institution would draw on these successful experiences to accelerate the development of its own industry school. He also expressed expectations for further deepening tripartite cooperation.
Zhao Yuxin added that the University is willing to work together to explore new models of industry–education integration in the new era, strengthen the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented talent in the field of digital technology, and contribute to regional digital economy development and educational innovation.

This exchange further deepened mutual trust and cooperation between the two universities, building a stronger platform for “inter-university collaboration and university–enterprise synergy.” It holds positive significance for improving the quality and effectiveness of digital talent cultivation and supporting high-quality industrial development.
