The School of Marxism and Mingli Residential College Conduct Enterprise Visits to Expand Employment Opportunities

To further implement the decisions and policies of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on stabilizing and ensuring employment, accurately align talent cultivation with enterprise needs, broaden employment channels for graduates, and promote higher-quality and fuller employment, the School of Marxism and Mingli Residential College recently carried out special enterprise visits and research activities at Banu Maodu Hot Pot Co., Ltd. and Henan Anhua Glass Products Co., Ltd..

On May 14, representatives from the two colleges, including faculty members and students, visited Henan Anhua Glass Products Co., Ltd. for exchanges and discussions. Chairman Zhou Liumin accompanied the delegation on a tour of the company’s office environment and product exhibition area, and provided a detailed introduction to the company’s development history, foreign trade business, market layout, and talent demands.

Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on talent cultivation, internship and practical training opportunities, and job placement cooperation, reaching a preliminary agreement to jointly build internship, training, and employment platforms for students.

On May 19, university leaders led a delegation composed of representatives from the Admissions and Employment Office, the School of Marxism, Mingli Residential College, as well as faculty members and students, to conduct a special research visit at Banu Maodu Hot Pot Co., Ltd..

During the visit, the delegation toured the company’s industrial park, central kitchen storage facilities, and its full-process production and operation system, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s development scale, operational model, corporate culture, and talent standards.

At the symposium, company representatives introduced job demands, the salary system, and career advancement pathways. Outstanding university alumni currently employed by the company also shared their professional growth experiences, providing graduates with valuable first-hand career insights. University leaders presented the institution’s educational特色, talent cultivation model, and graduates’ strengths, expressing hopes to further deepen long-term cooperation with the company in areas such as collaborative education, customized talent training, and employment placement, so as to achieve precise alignment between talent supply and industry demand.

Both visits focused on aligning talent supply with industry demand, strengthening collaborative education between universities and enterprises, and advancing the development of internship and employment bases. These activities effectively enhanced communication channels between the university and enterprises, accurately explored high-quality job resources, and created broader and more suitable employment platforms for graduates.

Moving forward, the School of Marxism and Mingli Residential College will continue to advance the “Enterprise Visits for Job Expansion and Employment Promotion” initiative by expanding partnerships with enterprises, exploring more job opportunities, and improving cooperation mechanisms. Through high-quality university-enterprise collaboration, the colleges aim to further enhance talent cultivation and support the Class of 2026 graduates in achieving higher-quality and fuller employment.
