From the Analects of Confucius: "When you see the virtuous, think of equaling them; when you see the not virtuous, look within and examine yourself." The objective is to encourage students to constantly purify themselves, improve themselves, innovate themselves, enhance themselves, and pursue excellence. The residential college has 8 student community units: the Siyuan Community, the Zijin Community, the Lingxiu Community, the Wenhua Community, the Yinghua Community, the Zhouling Community, the Yangling Community, and the Jianling Community.
Siqi Residential College adheres to the motto, "Being virtuous, an adept thinker, developing and helping the world". It guides students to learn together, think together, and lead the future, and is committed to building itself into a dynamic and influential residential college.
The education model is implemented in a holistic way through the nurturing and improvement of thinking strategies for young leaders, the establishment of values, and the realization of self-worth. It harnesses "quality education + educational activities + youth leaders' training camps" to shape the basic leadership skills of university students.
The nurturing of university students' leadership skills is integrated into all aspects of education. After systematic training and learning, sports instructors participate in the teaching and practical guidance of leadership courses, so as to set an example in daily management work for the students.
Relying on its "Beacon Youth Leadership Training Camp", Siqi Residential College plans to establish the "Sias University Student Leadership Development and Exchange Center", dedicated to the research projects of university students, growing into a brand and business card for leadership building at Sias University.
