Since its establishment in 1998, Sias University has introduced education concepts in innovation and entrepreneurship and has implemented innovation and entrepreneurship education methods focusing on "teaching, practice, incubation, and promotion." Sias has explored the pathways of innovation and entrepreneurship by integrating Chinese and American advantages through high-quality training and guarantees.

    The university set up the Employment & Entrepreneurship Department to reinforce and improve the students' employment and entrepreneurship prospects. Based on educational concepts of "creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship," the department explores new models of innovation value chains and entrepreneurship education by stimulating creativity, innovation, training, innovation and entrepreneurship practice, and incubators.

    Sias aims to increase students' interest in innovation and entrepreneurship by regularly carrying out innovation-themed and entrepreneurship-themed salons and activities with industrial and social activities at their core. By establishing workshops and training camps, project-oriented learning is fostered among students that encourages them to turn their ideas into practical projects. Sias has built incubation bases, invites tutors and entrepreneurs to meet with students and provide practical advice and guidance, and helps students turn their ideas and projects into marketable products. The university has created an atmosphere conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship, thereby promoting the growth of innovative talent.

    Sias University works towards reducing the cost of students' entrepreneurship, expanding the scope of innovation and entrepreneurship services, and creating an optimized innovation and entrepreneurship environment. The university has constructed two innovation and entrepreneurship carriers (incubators): the University Students' Entrepreneurship Park; and the Mass Entrepreneurship Space. They provide free stations for university student entrepreneurs and give them a platform for creativity and learning. Projects and project teams who do not have the ability or means to start a business enter the 'nursery' for development and pre-incubation where entrepreneurs are provided with entrepreneurship instructors. Here, they are trained, taught how to write business plans, shown how to start a business, and provided a platform for professional pre-incubation services.

    The projects cover various fields such as network marketing, e-commerce services, and technology research and development. In 2015, it was given the title of "Zhengzhou Municipal University Students' Entrepreneurship Park", and in 2017 it was designated as a "Xinzheng Municipal Mass Entrepreneurship Space" by the Xinzheng Science & Technology Bureau.

    Sias University was designated among the first batch of "Henan University Student Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base" and the fourth batch of "Henan University Student Entrepreneurship Education Demonstration University". Sias has encouraged and supported students with participation in China's "Internet Plus" innovation and entrepreneurship competition and continues to promote learning through competition. Sias has provided many university student entrepreneurs with a place to work, network, socialize, share resources, and build a platform for practical training, development, and the incubation of entrepreneurial projects.
