Professor Richard Li-Hua, Ph.D., is currently an Honorary President of Sias University. He is the President of the CAMOT Academy, Cambridge, UK. He also serves as the Director-General (General Convenor) of the Embracing Innovation Forum, at UNNGO PeaceEver TV.

He is a renowned strategy & innovation scholar, and is a Distinguished Visiting Professor of Strategic Management & Leadership at Penn State University, USA; Windsor University, Canada; Henley Business School, at Reading University, UK; and Sun Yat-sen University, China. He was a Visiting Scholar at Judge Business School, Cambridge University, UK, and is a Strategic Advisor at the Research Center of Technology Innovation, at Tsinghua University, China. He is also the Chairman of the China Association for Management of Technology (CAMOT), founded in 2006 at Tsinghua University.

He is a transformational leader who served as the President of Sias University between 2015 and 2016, a Sino-American university in China. He was also the President of New Beacon Campus, a large campus in the UK, providing both institutions with strong leadership between 2014 and 2020. He has a passion and strong commitment to global higher education with well-established leadership experience in both public and private sectors of global higher education in the UK, the US, and China.
