School of Education


Sias University's School of Education, founded in 2018, is a new professional academic school based on the integration of the university's original professional and public educational curriculum resources, combined with the market demand for talent and development of future academic disciplines.

The vision is to become a leading, domestic, renowned, and influential educational school in the province of Henan.

To serve the province of Henan. To nurture talent with high-quality application and internationalization, that meet the demands of modern educational development, with good ideals and morals, who love education, and have solid professional knowledge and skills.

The school now has Chinese Language and Literature, and Health Services and Management undergraduate programs. They also offer these as Associate Degree Programs. At present, there are more than 1,000 students and 52 full-time teachers (including 6 professors, 27 associate professors, and 2 PhDs). With excellent political ideals, a solid professional foundation, rich teaching experience, and outstanding scientific research achievements, the faculty are also dedicated and innovative.

 

The school has 2 research platforms - the Central Plains Institute of Traditional Culture, and the Institute of Psychological Development & Education. It has a Chinese Language Training and Testing Center recognized by the Henan Language & Writing Working Committee. It not only guarantees the training and testing needs of the teachers and students in the school, but also provides venues and technical support for courses, and promotes the development of the Chinese language and literature.
