Adhering to its motto of "Good manners, good morals, and talent", and centering on the fundamentals of university students' cultural heritage, Mingli Residential College implements a three-tiered progressive education system. With the theme of traditional Chinese culture, it includes the popularization of cultural theory, the practice of intangible cultural heritage skills, the performance of cultural and creative works. The residential college employs 15 educators from different majors, to be mentors and career guides for students. Relying on cultural immersion, elite clubs, and classical activities, it seeks to broaden the "second classroom", expand students' cultural perspectives, correct students' attitudes and values, and provide the best possible professional guidance and services for the health, growth, and development of the student body.

Based on an educational concept that involves sticking to core values, nationalism, broadening the use of a humanistic spirit, and contributing to the building of the campus culture, Mingli Residential College has understood what it means to implement traditional Chinese culture in practice through cultural heritage projects such as Calligraphy, the Guqin, Tea Ceremonies, and archery. The residential college has built a living area combining "environment + knowledge + practice + life" and the essence of traditional Chinese culture, encouraging self-confidence for leaders of the New Era with an international vision and the all-round development of morality, intelligence, sports, and labor.
