Wednesday, November 4 – Sias University held the finals of its 2020 Career Planning Competition on the 4th of November. The competition is organized jointly by the Employment & Entrepreneurship Department and the School of Education. The competition aims to improve students' career planning ability by learning the skills and methods of career planning, enhancing their innovative and entrepreneurial concepts, and guiding them with career plans and goals.

In the finals, 18 contestants presented their career ideas and plans in the form of career planning, live presentations, and defenses.

At the end of the finals, there were 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 9 third prizes, and 20 Excellent Awards. Additionally, there were 18 winners of the Excellent Instructor Award, while 5 residential colleges won awards for excellence.

Sias University has consistently given importance to the guidance of students about employment. There are courses and competitions for career planning, to provide students with a broad perspective on employment, skills, and the tools for success.
