Sias gives its experts and professors the freedom to play a leading role with regard to the management of the university. It also explores new avenues of education through regular symposiums and academic conferences, drawing the interest of students, teachers, and administrative staff, for the development of specializations, teacher training, staff training, and academic research.

Public compulsory courses and elementary professional courses at every academic school are guided and supervised by more than two full-time teachers, with higher-level compulsory courses supervised by technical professionals. Professional compulsory courses at every academic school are overseen by at least one full-time teacher.

Sias attaches great importance to teaching and scientific research teams and has initiated training to create teaching and scientific innovation teams. At present, there are nearly 600 teachers with professional or doctorate degrees spread across the various academic schools. The university also employs groups of teachers who focus primarily on scientific research and assist with teaching. The number of scientific research projects and funds obtained put Sias at the forefront of private universities in the province of Henan.

Experts from popular and highly-regarded fields such as academic research, teaching management, and ideological and political education, periodically come together to promote the development of academics at Sias. Sias has over 700 well-known domestic and international scholars appointed as Honorary Visiting Professors or Guest Lecturers, who have made outstanding contributions to the growth and development of the university.
