Sias University offers both degree and non-degree programs for overseas students. Degree programs cover all bachelor degrees offered at the university, while non-degree programs provide overseas students the opportunity to study in Chinese Language Training Programs in various forms.

Sias aims to develop diligent and innovative professionals to meet the urgent demands of transnational corporations and enterprises. Combining both Chinese educational philosophies with a Western model of education, international students are given access to alternative perspectives and learning in China.

Sias has over 36,000 students and employs 1,626 full-time faculty members. Sias' ratio of foreign faculty to students ranks first in China. Sias has 17 academic schools, with 46 bachelor's degree programs, and 6 Dual-degree programs.
