School of International Education was established in April, 2011, as the School of Chinese Language and Culture and renamed in July, 2019, to meet the needs of international education development, expand overseas student enrollment, promote Sino-foreign student exchanges, and standardize international student education management. The school is responsible for international student education, global promotion of Chinese language and culture, and other international exchange programs. The school consists of the International Education Office and the Teaching & Research Section of Chinese as a Foreign Language, with 16 full-time faculty members including 2 associate professors, 5 lecturers, and 1 assistant lecturer.
