Sias School of Management was established on January 15, 2023, formerly known as the School of Accounting (established in 2018), which was composed of two majors, accounting and financial management, separated from the original Business School. Later, the audit major was added, and the two majors of tourism management and human resources were separated from the business school to join, and comprise the current 5 majors.

The School of Management consists of five departments, one experimental center for Economics and Management (Provincial Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center), and two scientific research institutions. The school established Professional Construction Committee, Teaching Steering Committee, Teaching Supervision Committee, and the Curriculum, Ideological, and Political Center. The department has 10 teaching and research departments. There is an administrative office. There are 1 dean, 1 deputy secretary, 5 department chairs, 5 deputy department chairs, 1 director of the administrative office, and 1 teaching supervisor.

The School of Management has 2 provincial key disciplines, 1 provincial first-class major, 1 Provincial Culture and Tourism Research Base, 1 brand major of private colleges and universities in Henan Province, 1 discipline and professional construction funding project of private colleges and universities in Henan Province, 1 excellent grass-roots teaching organization of colleges and universities in Zhengzhou City, 6 provincial first-class courses, 1 off-campus practice education base for undergraduate students in Henan Province, 1 model course of innovation and integration in Henan Province, and 43 high quality courses at school level.

At present, the School of Management has 129.5 full-time teachers, 45 of whom have medium and senior titles, and 47.88% of the teachers are "double-qualified" teachers.

The current enrollment level of the School of Management is general undergraduate, with 3,283 students.

The School of Management ranked in the top five in the year-end assessment for three consecutive years.
