Overview：
The term "Siqi" is derived from The Analects of Confucius · Liren, "When we see worthy people, think of equaling them, when we see men of a contrary character, we should turn inwards and examine ourselves." This is the motto of Confucianism for cultivating one's moral character, with the implication of inspiring students to continuously grow, perfect, renew, improve themselves, and pursue excellence.
Siqi Residential College is located at the core of Sias campus, boasting a variety of distinctive student living buildings that reflect a unique charm. Buildings 1-8 on European Street and the iconic Moscow Red Square Building exude an enchanting European ambiance, while being situated in close proximity to the Sias's "One-stop" Student Community Service Center. Directly beneath the majestic castle windows lies a sunlit track and field stadium and the Jordan Gymnasium, offering students ample opportunities for physical activity and relaxation. Along European Street, a delightful array of dining establishments such as Pizza Hut, Starbucks, McDonald's, and Middle Eastern restaurants awaits, catering to the discerning tastes of students and providing a culinary experience that satisfies the tip of their tongues. These remarkable physical attributes, combined with the scattered presence of German, Russian, French, and other Western classical architectures, create a learning and living environment that is steeped in exotic allure and cultural richness for our students.

Connotation Construction:
Siqi Residential College has fully implemented the "Lighthouse Three-Stage" education model. Through the cultivation and enhancement at three levels, namely the formation of the thinking mode of young leaders, the establishment of values, and the realization of self-worth, it adopts the methods of non-formal quality education courses + non-formal quality education activities + young leader training camps, to focus on cultivating and shaping the basic qualities of Sias student leadership.
The cultivation of leadership is integrated into all aspects of the education work. All Siqi education tutors have undergone systematic training and learning and participate in the teaching of leadership courses and practical guidance throughout the whole process. They can better set good examples in daily management work to help students cultivate and develop their leadership, effectively promoting the improvement of student management work.
Relying on the "Lighthouse Young Leader Training Camp," Siqi Residential College plans to establish the "Sias Student Leadership Development and Exchange Center," which is dedicated to the research work of scientific research projects on Sias student leadership, aiming to create a work brand and name card for the cultivation and research of student leadership in Sias University.
