Qixian Residential College has a full-time management team, with 12 directors, a Deputy Party Secretary, Student Director, Deputy Director, and Educational Tutor.

With the theme of "Integrating Chinese and Western Knowledge; Inspiring Talent" and the motto "Encouraging learning by virtue, enlightening talent by wisdom", the residential college aims to raise students' global competence by improving their international vision, perspectives, ability to understand differences, and cross-cultural communication. It is committed to building a peaceful society of talent, and a new international community of youth.

Qixian Residential College formulates the theoretical curriculum of university education and the "second classroom" through personnel training, scientific research, social service, cultural inheritance, and innovation. It focuses mainly on cognitive interpersonal and personal aspects and explores the "1+6" training plan for students' growth and success. These include global cognition and academic development plans, learning abilities and the stimulation of interest, cross-cultural communication and self-shaping capacity building, team cooperation and collaborative development awareness, achievement-sharing and peer interaction, and societal awareness and responsibilities. The goal is to nurture students with cultural identity, international cognition, divergent thinking, cross-cultural communication, and moral responsibility.
