Mingli Residential College
Mingli Residential College was established in August, 2018, and now governs CUBA North 10 and North 11 student apartments. At present, there are more than 3,500 students in the college, involving 88 majors in 14 professional schools. According to the requirements of "One-stop" Student Community Service Center construction, there is a "One-stop" Student Community Service Center, Party and group activity room, "One-stop" chat room (counseling station), Transto Art Museum, R&D center, Tonto Art Museum, Research and Topography Workshop, Runxin Culture Center, Yeyin Piano Club, Hanxiang Calligraphy Room, Non-Heritage Techniques Exhibition Hall, Shared Reading Space Houde Bookstore, Cultural Management Office, Tea Ceremony Room, and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Base, etc.
Adhering to the motto of “Being ritualistic and practical, Being virtuous and talented,” Mingli Residential College focuses on enhancing the core quality of its students' humanistic heritage, and implements a systematic three-tier progressive cultivation system of popularization of cultural theories, practice of non-heritage skills, exhibition of cultural and creative works, and innovation and entrepreneurship under the theme of Chinese excellent traditional culture. The college employs a number of excellent tutors from different majors to serve as mentors and career guides for students.
