After his graduation, Han Gang studied in Australia. On his return, he worked as the General Manager of Zhengzhou Jinghang Hotel.

The ERA System (Dealer Management System) is a software system developed for automobile dealers in the automobile retail industry. It has restructured the original ERA system. He led research teams in the United States, Singapore, Australia, and China, which have, through their work, saved Australia AUD $12 million (¥80m).

Henan Chenming Electronic Technology was established in February 2011 and is a high-tech company approved by the Henan Administration for Industry and Commerce, and is registered with the Zhengzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce.
