September 26, 2012

Sias International University held the 6th Women's Symposium from May 19 to 20. University leaders and celebrities attended the opening and closing ceremonies. The Founder, and Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen, said that this symposium provided an excellent opportunity for Sias' female students to communicate with and learn from successful women. He hoped our students could set their goals according to their passions.

Sias graduate and member of the Sias Foundation, Connie Chen, delivered a speech about curiosity, perseverance, and the implementation of one's capacity. She said that young people should have the courage to try new things, and as they learn from their experiences, they can gradually discover their true identities.

The President of Global Interactions, Jerrie Ueberle, encouraged all female students to pursue their dreams and never give up. She also announced the graduation of the 3rd class (batch) of the World Academy for the Future of the Women.

Over 70 distinguished guests shared their thoughts and experiences with students during the two-day symposium. Sias Party Secretary, Fei Hexiang, said that the symposium was a success and he believed that what the students learned was sure to be a great help in their futures.
