The President of the China Association for Non-Government Education (CANGE), Prof. Wang Zuoshu, visited Sias University and held a lecture on May 30. Prof. Wang is also a former member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the former Vice Chairman of the Educational, Cultural & Health Commission of the National People's Congress, the former Vice Chairman of the Democratic Progressive Central Committee, and the former Vice Governor of the province of Heilongjiang. Teachers, students, and senior members of the Communist Youth League were present for the lecture.

Prof. Wang Zuoshu's lecture, titled "Where are the High-Level Universities?" included 13 methods of dealing with the particular topic. He pointed out that high-level universities excelled in their functioning, specialties, uniqueness, precision, moderation, innovation, service, and educational policies. He also put forward 10 methods of innovation.

Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, thanked Prof. Wang and spoke of the rich content, insight, and analysis in the theories put forward in the lecture. He said that it not only summarized the essentials of education but also systematically explained the practical work surrounding education.
