The chief guest at the 12th International Forum on Chinese Culture was the Vice Chairman of the 10th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), Xu Jialu. The forum, also known as the International Forum on Huang Di Culture, was held at Sias International University from April 16 to 17. It is an internationally recognized event that draws scholars, experts, and dignitaries from across China.

Xu Jialu also holds the offices of Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), President of the China Council for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification (CCPPR), and President of the Chinese Yan Huang Culture Research Association.

Dignitaries from the Henan government also attended the event and visited Xu Jialu. These included the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Henan, Wang Guosheng; Governor of Henan, Chen Runer; Chairman of the Henan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Liu Wei; Secretary-General of the Provincial Party Committee of Henan, Mu Weimin; Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Henan Provincial People's Congress, Xu Jichao; and the former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Henan, Xu Guangchun.

The Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen, was on hand to greet the visiting dignitaries. He introduced the leaders to Sias' development, educational philosophy, and internationalized campus, and also spoke of the future development plans for the university. The leaders said that they were impressed by the exponential growth at Sias over the past 20 years and said that they were looking forward to Sias' growth and development in the future.
