At a conference for the research titled 'The 10 Series of Linguistics and Language Education', Sias International University and the Henan People's Publishing House signed an agreement on June 14. The chief guests were the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Henan People's Publishing House, Wen Xinhao, Former Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Xu Yusheng, and Senior Editor, Wei Yazhou. Sias was represented by the President, Dr. Chen Sikun, Executive Vice President, Dong Qiming, and Assistant Principal, Sun Rujian. The ceremony was presided over by the Dean of the Academic Affairs Office, Wang Xiaoquan.

Executive Vice President, Dong Qiming, thanked the Henan People's Publishing House and congratulated Assistant Principal, Sun Rujian, for the conference and publication. He said that the publication of 'The 10 Series of Linguistics and Language Education' gave Sias an impetus to carry out more research work. He hoped that Prof. Sun Rujian, with the support of the Henan People's Publishing House, would play a leading role in research at Sias, thereby raising the level of the quality of research. After this Sias President, Dr. Chen Sikun, appointed Wen Xinhao, Xu Yusheng, and Wei Yazhou, as honorary official guest lecturers at Sias.

In his speech, the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Henan People's Publishing House, Wen Xinhao, said that over the years the Henan People's Publishing House had been responsible for the publishing of academic journals, as well as the academic research of experts and scholars. He hoped that the signing of this agreement would lead to a stable and long-lasting relationship between the parties. After this, Prof. Sun Rujian thanked the Henan People's Publishing House for their support and signed the agreement with them, on behalf of Sias International University.
