US Consul General (Wuhan) tours Sias

The United States Consul General in Wuhan, Joseph Zadrozny, visited Sias International University on Tuesday, September 13. Also visiting Sias from the U.S. Consulate General in Wuhan were the Political and Economic Consul, Jonathan Adams, and the Cultural Consul, Jamie Dragon. The delegation was accompanied by 7 members of Henan's Department of Education along with officials from Henan's Foreign Affairs Office.

Sias President, Dr. Chen Sikun, welcomed the U.S. consular staff on behalf of the students and faculty of Sias. He said that this would aid in the development and profile of Sias in the long term, both domestically and internationally.

The delegation went on a campus tour, guided by members of the International Cooperation and Exchange Department (ICED) and the logistics group. The delegation visited Sias as part of preparations for the visit of a larger delegation from the U.S. embassy later this month.
