Sias lends a helping hand to local school students

To allow school students to experience a university campus and help them develop a willingness to learn, Sias International University, along with the Xinzheng Charity Association's President, Wang Jianwei, invited a group of over 20 underprivileged primary and secondary school students from local schools to the Sias Summer Camp on the morning of July 13. The students were received by Sias Party Secretary, Fei Hexiang.


In his speech on behalf of Sias and the Xinzheng Charity Association, Party Secretary Fei Hexiang, gave his full support to the students. He spoke of the history and educational philosophy of Sias and encouraged the children to immerse themselves in their education. He said that it would help them increase their self-confidence, and self-reliance, would help them better themselves, and ultimately help them rise and better their lives.


After this, the Director of the Work Department of the Sias Party Committee, Li Lulu, led the students on a campus tour through the European Street, gymnasium, library, Chinese garden, and other teaching and living facilities.


The Xinzheng Charity Association was founded 4 years ago and has nearly 600 volunteers. It has raised over 1 million Renminbi (¥1 million) that has helped over 1,000 underprivileged students.
