On April 7 and 8, Sias International University hosted the 10th International Forum on 'Huang Di' (Yellow Emperor) Culture. Over 1,000 people were in attendance for the event, which was covered by over 30 local and national journalists.

Sias was visited by Henan's former Provincial Secretary, Xu Guangchun, who delivered a speech, toured the campus, and held talks with Sias founder and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Shawn Chen. In addition to Dr. Shawn Chen, Sias was represented by Party Secretary Fei Hexiang, Sias President Dr. Chen Sikun, Deputy Party Secretary Li Huafeng, Vice President Liu Shuqin, and Proctor Han Xiaoai.

As a part of the Forum, guests delivered speeches and in-depth lectures and interacted with the students. Among the many dignitaries at the two-day event were Member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC, Tianjin Municipal Revolutionary Committee Chairman, Tianjin Municipal CPPCC Vice Chairman, Tian Huiguang; Former Deputy Director of the Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, Party Secretary Li Baishuan; Consultant to the Counselor's Office of State Council News, Librarian of the Central Research Institute of Culture and History, China Yanhuang Culture Research Association Special Adviser, Zhao Derun; Vice-Chairman of Tianjin Municipal Committee, Secretary-General Cui Kexian; Vice Mayor of Zhengzhou, Liu Dong; President of China Huang Di Construction Association, Yue Wenhai; China Yanhuang Culture Research Association Executive Vice-President and Secretary-General, Zhang Xiqing; Former Deputy Director of the Political Department of the Armed Police Force, Major General Zhang Buwang; and Deputy Director of Inner Mongolia People's Congress Standing Committee, Chen Ruiqing.

Over the past decade, Sias International University has become a focal point for the celebration of the legendary Yellow Emperor.
