Sias Alumna breaks Asian Javelin Record for Women

Monday, August 31 - Sias alumna, Lü Huihui, broke the women’s Asian record for the javelin throw at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics, in Beijing. She eventually won the silver medal in the event with a throw of 66.13 meters.

Lü Huihui, who was in the Sias sports team in 2007, finished 5th in the same event at the 2012 London Olympics.
