China Daily publishes article on Sias Founder as 'Pioneer in International Education'

China Daily USA published a cover-page article on Dr. Shawn Chen, referring to the Founder of Sias as a 'Pioneer in International Education.' The article praised Dr. Chen, also the Chairman of the Board of Sias, for his introduction of advanced education concepts and the implementation of features that have led to internationalization.
