Victoria University sends delegation to Sias

Sias International University was visited by the Director of Transnational Educational Development for Victoria University, Rhys Williams, and the Transnational Project Manager, to begin the process of forging ties between the two universities.


The Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Department (ICED), William Lu, led the guests on a campus tour of Sias and gave a detailed introduction to the history of the university. Sias President Dr. Richard Li-Hua held talks with the officials from Victoria University, along with representatives from the Sias Business school and other university officials.


An agreement on future cooperation and development was reached between the two universities, as well as related issues such as student exchanges and academic research-based exchanges.


Victoria University was founded in 1916 in Melbourne, Australia. With over 48,000 students and almost 5,000 international students, it is one of Australia's largest universities. The University has 5 colleges that offer more than 700 courses.
