He reminded those present that Chinese characters are an important part of Chinese culture and had a history of over 5,000 years. Many young people today know very little about these characters, especially because of their dependence on computers.

The exhibition was divided into 4 parts - the Bronze exhibition, the collection of Calligraphy and Painting, the 'Kanji' exhibition, and the Chinese Calligraphy Pen exhibition. The motto of the exhibition was "Carry Forward the Chinese Culture."
