The United States Consul General in Wuhan, Joseph Zadrozny, accompanied by Deputy Director Yang Weibin, of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Henan Provincial Government, visited Sias International University.

Sias founder and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Shawn Chen, President Richard Li-Hua, and the Director of ICED, William Lu, toured the campus with the guests.

Dr. Shawn Chen introduced the guests to the university's history, philosophy of education, student management, and unique campus culture. The tour showed the guests Sias' distinctive architecture, shops run by students, the CUBA basketball training facility, golf course, and the Chinese garden. The guests were also given a view of the development of the campus, and the planning and design for construction in the future.

After the campus tour, Dr. Shawn Chen, and President Richard Li Hua held a meeting with Consul General Zadrozny and Deputy Director Yang in the administration building. They spoke about international exchange and ties for the future between Sias and the US Consulate in Wuhan.
