Kansas Governor, Sam Brownback, visits Sias University

On the morning of July 18, Kansas Governor, Sam Brownback, visited Sias International University and met with teachers and students.


Sias held a grand welcoming ceremony in the Italian square, as the Founder, and Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen, welcomed Governor Brownback. After some musical performances, Governor Brownback met with teachers and students. In his speech, Governor Brownback expressed his thanks for the welcome and said that he hoped that this visit would bring more exchanges and opportunities for development for all parties involved.


After the ceremony, Governor Brownback was taken on a tour of the Sias campus, including the CUBA Training Facility, the Golf Driving Range, the Basketball Arena, and dormitories. Dr. Shawn Chen spoke about the history of Sias, its educational philosophy, and its unique culture, among other things.
