Sias held an Employment Mobilization Meeting for the graduating class of 2013 in the Basketball Arena on September 5. Chief guests included the Vice-Chairman of the Shuanghui Group, Liu Qingde, the General Manager of Henan Yuda House Transaction Co, Chen Xiaolong, the General Manager of the Yuda Hotel in Zhengzhou, Song Nan, and university leaders. All the graduates of the class of 2013 attended the meeting.

The Founder, and Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen, delivered a speech and said that the competition in the current professional world was very fierce, so students needed to make adequate preparations to find a good job. He also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of students working or pursuing master's degrees.

Liu Qingde spoke highly of their employees who had graduated from Sias International University and advised the would-be graduates to have a positive attitude in the workplace, and not be afraid of hardships.

Chen Xiaolong helped students understand the current economic climate and the different employment rates in different fields. He encouraged students to know their own abilities in combination with their academic major to help them look for jobs.

Finally, Sias Vice President, Dong Qiming, said that he hoped that all the students would cherish their last year at the university, acquire more knowledge, and find an ideal job after graduation.
