Sias visits Zhengzhou Children's Welfare Institution

On November 22, the Director of Sias' International Cooperation and Exchange Department (ICED), Prof. Fang Wenchang, accompanied by a group of 20 people that included foreign teachers, student representatives, and staff from the Communist Youth League, visited the Zhengzhou Children's Welfare Institution.
