The Deputy Party Secretary of Anyang Normal University, Wei Guangfeng, visited Sias University on the 17th of June. The purpose of the visit was for exchanges and discussions about Sias' Residential College System. Sias Deputy Party Secretary, Li Huafeng, Vice President, Xu Shengdao, and the Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Office and Executive Vice President of the Residential College Office, Bai Meng, met with the delegation.

The 5-member delegation was taken on a campus tour that included Sias' Student Activity Center, London Street, Huanyu Residential College, CUBA Training Facility, Mingli Residential College, and Qixian Residential College. The delegation had discussions and exchanges with leaders from Sias in Qixian Residential College's conference room. Li Huafeng spoke about Sias' educational philosophy, development history, management, and Sino-foreign cooperation. Bai Meng introduced the basic details of the management of the Residential College System and spoke about its significance, evolution, challenges, and successful implementation at Sias.

The two sides had in-depth exchanges about the creation of tutor teams, students' ideological and political education, collaborative education between residential colleges, student scholarships, employment, and the "Second Classroom".
