A 19-member delegation from the Nanyang Normal University visited Sias University on the 21st of June. The delegation consisted of the Party Secretary, Lu Zhiwen, the President, Zhang Baofeng, the Chairman of the Trade Union, Shao Shufeng, the Deputy Party Secretary, Xie Bingsong, and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, Yu Jiwu. Sias Deputy Party Secretary, Li Huafeng, met with the delegation along with the heads of Sias' Administration Office, Student Affairs Office, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, Huanyu Residential College, and Logistics Department.

The delegation was taken on a tour of the Sias campus that included the Student Activity Center, CUBA Training Facility, Mingli Residential College, Qixian Residential College, Huanyu Residential College, School of Foreign Languages building, and Library. They were given a detailed introduction to Sias' residential college system, intelligent campus, internationalization, campus architectural design, and educational philosophy.

The delegation met with Sias leaders for exchanges and discussions in the Library. They spoke about issues such as collaborative education between the universities, graduate employment, collaboration concerning the residential colleges, the internal organizational structure of residential colleges, the education and management of freshmen, rank evaluation, and enrolment plans.
