The Deputy Party Secretary of the Henan University of Animal Husbandry & Economics, Li Bo, visited Sias University on the 25th of May. Li Bo was accompanied by a 12-member delegation. Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, met with the delegation, as did the heads of the Communist Party Committee Office, the Student Affairs Office, the General Office of the Residential Colleges, the Communist Youth League Committee, Enrollment Office, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, and the United Front Work Department.

The delegation was taken on a tour of the Sias campus that included the Student Activity Center, CUBA Training Facility, Mingli Residential College, Qixian Residential College, Chinese Garden, Huanyu Residential College, School of Foreign Languages building, Sias Library, and other residential and educational facilities. They were given a detailed introduction to Sias' residential college system, internationalization, and holistic education.

Following the tour, the delegation had a meeting with the Sias leadership in the Library. The Assistant to the Executive Director of the General Office of the Residential Colleges, Chen Xiaolei, presided over the meeting. Ma Jiansheng welcomed the guests and spoke about Sias' history, evolution, educational philosophy, and residential college system. The President of Qixian Residential College, Lu Zhongchang, spoke about the development of the residential college system at Sias. After the meeting, the two sides had in-depth exchanges about students' ideological and political work, collaborative education between the two universities, employment and entrepreneurship for students, and student enrollment. Li Bo said that he hoped that the two universities would increase exchanges based on residential colleges, employment, entrepreneurship, student management, student activities, and campus culture.
