A delegation of diplomats representing 5 nations from the Central and Eastern European Coalition (CEEC) visited Sias University on the 28th of May. The delegation included the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to China, Vladimír Tomšík; Counsellor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Vesna Andreevska; Counsellor at the Embassy of Poland, Maria Wejs-Domżalska; Counsellor at the Embassy of Serbia, Biljana Stanković-Ivanić; and Representative of the government of Slovakia, Matej Drotár.

Accompanying the delegation on their visit were the Deputy Secretary-General of the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), Shen Xuesong, and the Deputy Director and First-Class Inspector from the Henan Department of Education, Diao Yuhua. Members from the Henan Department of Education responsible for international exchanges and cooperation also accompanied the diplomats on their visit to Sias. The Founder, and Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen, and Executive President, Wang Jialin, met with the delegation.

During the visit, the CEEC delegation had a meeting with representatives of 8 universities from across the province of Henan. Speeches were followed by discussions centered around cultural exchanges between Chinese universities and universities in Central and Eastern Europe. At the meeting, the Director of Sias' Office of International Affairs (OIA), spoke about exchanges and international cooperation projects that Sias has with universities in Central and Eastern Europe.
