Sias University's Enrollment Office held the 2021 Enrollment Mobilization Conference on the 31st of May. The Founder, and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Shawn Chen, Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, Executive President, Wang Jialin, Vice President, Xu Shengdao, and Vice President, and Chairman of the Trade Union, Wu Hua, attended the meeting. The Director of the Admissions Office and the heads of all the Academic Schools and Residential Colleges attended the conference.

The Director of the Enrollment Office, Zhu Hongqiang, presented a report on the state of enrollment in 2021 and explained the required division of work between the college entrance examinations and the summer enrollment policies.

Xu Shengdao read out the responsibilities and tasks for enrollment in 2021. Dr. Shawn Chen then awarded a Sias flag to the Enrollment Office as a symbolic gesture. There were also speeches by the Dean of the Boya Residential College, Zhu Yaoxian, and the Executive Vice President of the Kansas International School (KIS), Chu Jinjin.

Dr. Shawn Chen delivered the concluding speech and pointed out that due to the requirements of Covid-19 prevention and control, both online and offline publicity was to be adopted in 2021. He stressed that all departments should work together for enrollment, which would include the improvement of programs, the registration rate, and the quality of students.
