The annual Sias University Shenzhen Alumni Association Meeting was held in Shenzhen on March 21. The Founder and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Shawn Chen, attended the meeting. Over 180 members of the Sias Alumni Association attended the meeting, as well as the heads of the Administration Office, and the Employment & Entrepreneurship Department.

Dr. Chen spoke about the achievements and development of Sias in recent years. He encouraged the alumni in Shenzhen to continue to work hard and achieve more in their fields. At a subsequent Appointment Ceremony, the Director of the Administration Office, Qin Nan, read out the list of new appointments for directors of the Sias University Shenzhen Alumni Branch. Dr. Chen presented Letters of Appointment to the new directors.

After the ceremony, the meeting held a variety of activities such as a lottery, dance, and other competitions.

Participants also visited Dongguan Hongyuan Micro Technology Co., an alumni enterprise. Under the guidance of the founder, Chen Jiapei, they visited the production workshop, and research and development center to learn about the entrepreneurial process and achievements of Sias alumni in Shenzhen.
