The annual Sias University Zhengzhou Alumni Association Meeting was held in Zhengzhou's Zhengdong District on April 10. Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng attended the event along with over 220 members of the Sias Alumni Association, and leaders from Sias' Administration Office, and the School of Music & Opera.

In his speech, Ma Jiansheng reviewed the achievements of Sias through 2020 and spoke about the plans for its development in the future. He said that Sias would increase its support and aid for the Alumni Association and its members to build a platform for the sharing of resources and mutual development. Following this, a prerecorded video was played for those present featuring the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen. He spoke about his appreciation of the Zhengzhou Branch of the Sias Alumni Association through 2020 and said that all Sias alumni were always welcome back at the university. Then, the President of the Zhengzhou Branch of the Sias Alumni Association, Chen Miao, officially launched the Zhengzhou Alumni App (developed by Sias alumni) and spoke about its design and features.

At the meeting, the Director of the Sias Administration Office, Qin Nan, announced the newly appointed Vice President of the Sias Zhengzhou Alumni Association. Ma Jiansheng presented letters of appointment to new appointees. The Secretary-General of the Zhengzhou Alumni Association, Zhao Haitao, announced the decision for the appointment of the Secretariat of the Zhengzhou Branch. The Alumni Association of the Catering Industry was also officially established.

The meeting closed with various activities such as a lottery, and performances.
