Sias University held a special research meeting on undergraduate courses and data filing in colleges and universities in the province of Henan. The Deputy Director of Henan University's Professional Management Service Center, and Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Huanghe S&T University, Li Gaoshen, headed a research group that visited Sias. The group had leaders from 10 universities including the Henan University of Technology and Zhengzhou Shengda University.

The research meeting was held in the Library. Sias Deputy Party Secretary, Li Huafeng, attended the meeting. Leaders and staff from relevant departments particularly the Educational Administration & Scientific Research Department, Teaching Quality Monitoring & Evaluation Center, and Human Resources Department, attended the meeting. The Director of the Educational Administration & Scientific Research Department, Zhu Lin, presided over the meeting.

Li Huafeng delivered a speech on behalf of Sias and welcomed the guests to Sias for research and exchanges. He briefly introduced the educational structure of Sias. Li Gaoshen spoke about the background, purpose, and content of his research. Following this, the other members of the visiting group spoke about their experiences concerning the progress of professional undergraduate data filing, the problems and difficulties with the filing process, the promotion of first-class academic courses, and educational and teaching reform. After the meeting, Sias leaders accompanied the visiting group on a campus tour that included the Sias Library, School of Foreign Languages, and other teaching facilities.

The meeting set up a platform for communication and learning of undergraduate professional data reporting in colleges and universities across the entire province of Henan. It also laid a foundation for undergraduate academic course creation, structural optimization and adjustment, and played a guiding role in data reporting at Sias.
