The Supervision & Audit Department organized a dialogue meeting between logistics companies and teaching staff on the evening of December 28. The meeting was held to strengthen the communication and exchanges between logistics companies and teaching staff and to improve the service quality. The Director of the Supervision & Audit Department, Wei Xiuli, the Director of the Human Resources Department, Sun Minghao, the Logistics Inspector of the Supervision & Audit Department, Guo Zhiyong, and the Vice Chairman of the Labor Union, Zhang Ru, attended the meeting along with representatives of the Sias Communist Party Committee, academic schools, residential colleges, the Security Office, and the Logistics Department.

Guo Zhiyong introduced the business and personnel from the logistics companies and spoke about the importance of feedback for the improvement of service quality. The meeting was an extension of a similar meeting between teachers and students at Sias. He said that such meetings should be held regularly and feedback should be collated in a timely manner.

At the meeting, teachers put forward their opinions and suggestions about the university's hot water supply, living conditions, clothing, food, housing, and transportation.

Sun Minghao said that the Human Resources Department will make every effort to ensure that targets are met. He encouraged more questions and suggestions to help the logistics companies improve their management mechanisms and improve their service quality. Wei Xiuli said that he hoped that the logistics companies would make greater efforts to address the problems and difficulties faced by teachers.
