Two delegations from Puyang visited Sias University on November 27. The senior members of the delegations were the Deputy Secretary-General of the Puyang Municipal People's Government, Ge Lei, and the Deputy Director of the Puyang Municipal Education Bureau, Duan Honglin, as well as the President of Puyang Petrochemical Vocational & Technical College, Li Hualin, and the Party Secretary, Li Danqiu. Sias Deputy Party Secretary, Li Huafeng, met with the delegations along with leaders of Sias' Administration Office, and School of Continuing Education. The Vice Dean of Sias' School of Continuing Education, Du Yifei, presided over a meeting between the delegations and Sias leaders.

Li Huafeng welcomed the visitors and expressed his gratitude for the support from Puyang. Li Hualin said that he was looking forward to cooperation between the Puyang Petrochemical Vocational & Technical College and Sias University. The Director of Sias' Administration Office, Qin Nan, spoke about Sias' educational concept, organizational structure, Communist Party Committee, Communist Youth League, professionalism, awards, and achievements. The Director of the Office of International Affairs (OIA), Yue Junliang, presented a report on the 9 aspects of internationalization at Sias. The Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, Bai Meng, spoke about the three-fold educational structure - "liberal education + holistic education + integrated education", and the residential college system.

After the meeting, the leaders from Puyang City and the Puyang Petrochemical Vocational & Technical College were taken on a tour of the Sias campus that included the Student Activity Center, the Basketball Arena, Spanish Square, the CUBA Training Facility, Golf Driving Range, Chinese Garden, Library, and London Street.
