School of Foreign Languages holds Seminar for Japanese Majors

The Japanese Language Department at Sias' School of Foreign Languages held a seminar on October 21. The Director of the Japanese Language Department, Wang Xianjin, and Teaching Secretary, Zhang Dengyun, attended the seminar. Japanese language teachers and freshmen Japanese language majors were also present.


Wang Xianjin spoke about Japanese culture, including things like tea ceremonies, kimonos, and human geography, and analyzed the learning, employment prospects, and record in the postgraduate entrance examination of Japanese language majors in recent years. He encouraged students to have an awareness of the requirements of the postgraduate entrance examination as soon as possible and plan accordingly.


Zhang Dengyun introduced the content of the teaching management regulations of the university and informed the students of the necessary precautions and problems faced in 4 years at the university.


The purpose of the seminar was to give students an idea of the correct learning methods and help them prepare learning plans.
