Sias University's School of Business held an all-faculty staff meeting for the first semester of the 2020/21 academic year on September 2. The Dean of the School of Business, Gao Youcai, the Party Secretary, Zhu Haitao, and the Vice Dean, Wang Yanpeng, attended the meeting. The Director of the Office, Wang Fei, presided over the meeting.

Gao Youcai spoke of the achievements of the School in the past academic year (2019/20). He said that right from the leadership of the School to all the teachers, the entire staff had been extremely devoted. He presented a comprehensive summary report on the work of the School of Business in the past academic year, focusing on the prevention and control of the Coronavirus pandemic, teaching and research, academic course creation, curricula, the nurturing of talent, teaching teams, university-enterprise cooperation, international education and cooperation, and performance appraisals. He also spoke about the work for the upcoming (first) semester of the 2020/21 academic year. He said that it was necessary to focus on particular tasks including the prevention and control of the Coronavirus pandemic in colleges and universities, academic school qualifications and assessments, development through assessments, and the promotion of the development of the school.

Zhu Haitao summarized the division of labor in the School of Business and presented a report on the collective and individual work of the labor union in the 2019/20 academic year.

The all-staff meeting focused on the direction of the work and clarified objectives for the upcoming semester.
