Sias University held a special warning session for administration staff on August 12. Sias Vice President, and Chairman of the Trade Union, Wu Hua, attended the meeting and delivered a special report. The meeting was attended by all the staff of Sias' administrative departments, including the Human Resources Department, Financial Assets Department, Contract & Procurement Management Center, Supervision & Audit Department, the Labor Union, and the Infrastructure Department.

The participants watched a special film on warnings in the field of education produced by the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection at the Discipline Inspection & Supervision Department, and the Communist Party Committee of the Henan Department of Education. Cases of corruption in colleges and universities were studied in the film, and they showed how staff lost their ideals, which led to the violation of laws and regulations, ending up with corruption and degeneration.

Sias Vice President, Wu Hua, presented a report on heeding warnings and changing the style of work in education. In the report, he analyzed the existing risks and loopholes combined with the problems in daily work at a university. He stressed that many positions across the various departments at Sias had related functions and they should all strictly follow work processes, carefully check for deficiencies, continually improve, increase the awareness of rules, encourage supervised accountability, and submit to the management principles of the organization. He said that trust could not replace supervision.
